Villa Marbella is arguably one of the most luxurious villas throughout Marbella and the Costa del Sol.

It is located in the Golden Mile, the most exclusive area of Marbella, where they live and enjoy your vacation the most powerful people in the world, as real families, businessmen, actors and celebrities, also well known as being a meeting place for the aristocrats and billionaires all around the world.

Situated in front of the beach, this mansion is only visible from the sea as it is located between two 5-star hotels for security reasons. It has an area of 6000 m² and 2100 m² plot, spread over 3 floors with elevator.

Ground Floor
A large marble hall welcomes us in this stately mansion, from which you can access to any floor by stairs or elevator.

Inside Villa Marbella there is a zone with a huge spa sauna, indoor heated swimming pool and relax room including a bar.

In the center of the ground floor there is a wonderful indoor pool, a sauna, a Jacuzzi and a spacious lounge with a bar included. This floor also has a living room and a bedroom with en suite bathroom. At the other end of the floor there is a separate apartment with 2 rooms, each with a bathroom.

The living room gives access to the huge garden with two pools, one for children and another one for adults. The garden is planted with soft green grass instead of artificial turf, which gives us the greatest comfort when walking barefoot.

Outside there is also a magnificent bar in the garden, perfectly destined for outdoor gatherings while sipping a drink and listen to the soothing sounds of the waterfall. From any point of the garden you can contemplate the Mediterranean Sea.

1rst Floor
The first floor offers a main lounge, a bar, a home сinema room with 9 sofas, a dining room and two double bedrooms, each with a bathroom and a lounge included. The rooms have access to a spectacular terrace overlooking the Mediterranean and the homestead garden. From this terrace you can reach any point of the 1rst floor. All the furniture of the house has been carefully selected and constructed with materials of the highest quality.

2nd Floor
The second floor has the master bedroom with dressing room, bathroom and offices. This room also has access to a private terrace where you may contemplate the best views of the Mediterranean. Breakfast on this terrace can become something extraordinary.

    Regarding the use of facilities at Hotel Puente Romano:
    • If your apartment is located within the Hotel Puente Romano resort, you may use the hotel pools and gardens. Please note that there is an additional charge for beach sun loungers.
    • If you are staying in the Puente Romano area, specifically in Marina Puente Romano or Puente Romano II, you may only use the pools and gardens of your respective residential complex. You will not have access to the Hotel Puente Romano pools.

Rental price and other fees

Deposit

A security deposit will be requested upon arrival of the customers:

  • 2000 € for apartments lower than 120 SQM
  • 4000 € for apartments from 120 to 220 SQM
  • 6000 € for apartments over 220 SQM

Service fee: 10% + VAT

Housekeeping Fee: 25 €/h + IVA (30 €/h + IVA on weekends and bank holidays)

Final Cleaning Fee: 1000 € + IVA

Terms & Conditions

Minimum no of nights: A 7 night stay is preferred. Some properties will accept 4 nights if it fits between pre-existing bookings. Please enquire with our representative.

Cancellation Policy: Strict (all prepayments are non-refundable).

Payment Terms: 50% of rental price and service fee due upon booking. Remaining balance and security deposit due 60 days before arrival.
